Shipping and Returns
Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs. Because we use a cost based shipping rate, you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order

Shipping:
All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS).
Generally, shipments under $100 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship via USPS which can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Shipments over $100 and/or over 3 1bs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are on the West Coast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days to the East Coast.
Note: We currently do not ship internationally.

Rules & Exceptions
* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.
* Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.
* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge for express deliveries.
* We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier however some heavier packages > 3 lbs. may be shipped using UPS.
* The delivery times for standard delivery are approximate. Because we carry all of our products in stock, we will make every effort to ship out your order the following business day.
* All express delivery times are guaranteed
* During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
* Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Because we can not make shipments when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust the above times accordingly when the post office is shut down
** Delivery dates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.
Rates For Expedited Shipping:
Please add an additional $30 for UPS Express shipping.
Note: If your Express order shipment cost exceeds $30.00 (Typically packages over 3lbs), you will be responsible for the overcharge. We will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.
Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii
There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.
Our Refund Policy
At My Class Genie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.

Payment Options
For online purchases, we gladly accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept cashier checks or money orders.
ETA and Shipping Time
Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package. Typically, all orders are processed and shipped either the same or following business day.
Non-Delivered Orders
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/ or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
Backorders
We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be out of an item. Backorders will be shipped within the time noted on your invoice.
Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.
Catalog/Website Errors
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
